I have developed eczema on sites of magnets in knee straps. Will magnets still work if I put micro tape on site before placing strap?

The micro tape shouldn't interfere with the magnets but, if it is the magnets that have caused the eczema to flare up, then it would be a good idea to switch to a non-magnetic knee strap so there is no further irritation. There are a whole range of knee straps out there that should help.

The other thing to look at is whether your knee strap is made of neoprene or contains latex - they can cause skin rashes so it could be that rather than the magnets.
