I had double total knee replacements in March 2017. My surgeon did a fantastic job, pain after surgery was minimal and I was back on my feet in no time. I've been working with great physiotherapists and am now back at the gym with a personal trainer to help. I still have a fair way to go to recover totally and will continue to work hard.
I was so pleased to find your website today. This is the first time I have found comprehensive information on the knee which explains how it works, what muscles are involved and how and when to strengthen and stretch them. Thank you so much!
